Application Process

Applications will generally last 30 days plus a voting period, during this time apps will earn Raid Attendance, and be able to put in for loot.

The primary purpose of this 30 day voting period is to gauge the applicant's skill, attitude, and overall match for the guild. Members will have the ability to post thoughts and opinions on the applicant's thread, and have the ability to voice concerns regarding whether they think the applicant is a good match, however the acceptance/denial of the applicant will be at the sole discretion of the leadership.

If, after 30 days, we need more time to address the applicant, additional time will be granted. However, after this extension a decision will be made to give an additional time or not. Some will see additional times in order to let them achieve their full abilities.

Should any Friends and Family member wish to hold a full member raiding spot, they must submit an application as any new raider is required, they must hold 80% raiding attendance for 30-45 days. The length of time will depend on class, previous membership activity, raid make-up, among various other things. The leadership holds sole discretion for transitioning members from F&F to FM. While loot is not off-limits during this transition, there should be no expectation of loot during this transition. However, with that said, the loot council can and will award loot on a case-by-case basis; most notably for upgrading a foci (for example).

If you are absent from raids for 3 months or more, you will be required to submit a new application as any other new raider. If you leave the guild and are gone for more than 48 hours you will have to submit a new application as any other new raider.
