Find a power source from the ruins (GS Snapped Aureate Blade)
Locate something that can be used as a grounding device (Click Humming Power Crystal without getting DT)
Speak with Dexter “Hail”
Repair the device (combine the 3 pieces)
Insert the device into the spire (Turn in Jury-Rigged Portal Stabilizer to shower of sparks)
Update Mokolin with your findings

Use the acid on the bars in the culvert (Update in the W)
